Family Flow Yoga

*One booking includes 1 adult and up to 2 children*. Take part in this fun Hatha Flow Class for parents and pre-teens. Move, stretch & practice mindfulness together. The Decathlon studio is a nice climate controlled room secreted away about halfway into the store on the right hand side (the door is beneath a large tv). The class will involve approx. 45 mins of guided yoga movements and 10mins of guided meditation, with a chance to chat and ask questions. The class requires a parent/adult to stay and practice along with their child, it is not a drop off class.
