In a few words :

Hi, my name is Alys - I am a 200 hour qualified RYT Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance. I am also a Cosmic Kids Yoga Teacher and have taken additional training in teaching beginners. I am currently taking further training to become a 500 hour teacher. I strongly believe that yoga is a self-practice, not a performance – that I am here to enable your practice, at your pace, and to help you find what yoga means to you. Perhaps you want to iron out the creases in your neck and back, be able to tie your shoelaces, jump out of bed in the morning, get up more easily from your desk? Maybe you need to find the time and space to allow your thoughts to flow in a nurturing space, or you want to build your core strength and learn a new skill. I also like to take time in class to explore yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathing) and relaxing meditation techniques. Book a class and start your own journey of self-discovery.
