An all round conditioning and kettlebell class, great strength, cardio and toning class. Will include mat work. Set up ready for the day with this early class ideal for after the school run or coffee and shop afterwards There is possibility of borrowing weights but please check beforehand and if you do have your own please bring that you. Work with a fully qualified instructor specialising in Kettlebells.
