The Running Channel x Kiprun

We are delighted to be hosting the first of our Kiprun X The Running Channel run clinics at the Decathlon Surrey Quays store! In the first of the series, TRC presenter Andy will be hosting a Strength and Conditioning workshop following the run, sharing key insights and personal experiences following his successful Olympic career. We will be running 5km from Surrey Quays Decathlon store, along the river to Tower Bridge in our usual relaxed and chatty style, and ending back at the store. Everyone is welcome and no one will get left behind. We will be providing a free T-shirt and there will be a limited number of Kiprun shoes to trial for the run so please come ready to run with your own pair of shoes, in case you don’t get a pair of Kiprun shoes. There will also be a 10% discount on running items to use in-store if you want to buy after you try! Please note that there may be street lamps but it will be dark when we are running so bring your head torch if you have one. Spaces will be very limited but don't worry if you miss out as we will be back at a different location later in the month. Please arrive in good time ready to run but remain outside the store where we can check you in and direct you to the right place.
