A different LBT mixing cardio and conditioning working on our core muscles, legs and glutes creating a toned and fitter self. Exercises will be standing and on the ground throughout your 45 minute workout. Combining body conditioning, stretch and strength. Its a great way to start your day, bring a friend and visit the many shops and coffee houses Giltbrook has to offer.
