
Yin/Yang Yoga
Yoga Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced From 16 yo
We will start with gentle movements to free tension bring us into our bodies. We will practice simple but challenging flows and flow with the breath. After we’ve found our flow we will find a deeper and more still practice. Holding yin poses for longer periods of time to make more space in the body and improve flexibility. After a balanced practice of yang and yin yoga we will finish with a few moments of relaxation.
