In a few words :

I teach various styles of yoga which influence the way I sequence my classes. I am gentle in my approach to teaching and my classes are too; however I like to offer challenging options for those who want more power or depth. I enjoy helping my students to progress in their practice so I design my classes around them as I get to know them. I like to empower my students to take as much or as little as they want from the practice.

    Community Yoga Class

    The class was excellent and I would definitely recommend this to any beginner. I have not done yoga before but the instructor was clear with her instructions and let us all go at our own pace. It's perfect for all types of yoga enthusiasts!
