Description

This is a drop-in social play for improver senior players (65+). This is suitable for players who took our beginner senior course or have some basic forehand and backhand techniques that you can perform at least 3 or 4 consistent rallies each other from the baseline. Great way to meet new players, practice tennis skills and enjoy the sport with other players who have similar playing levels. Each slot will start on the Tuesdays at 11 am. What to bring

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING? Please bring your own tennis racket for safety reasons if you have one. Please bring a bottle of water.
  • WHAT DO I WEAR? Please wear a comfortable sports outfit tennis shoes. Skirts (except tennis skirts) are not recommended.
  • WHAT IF IT RAINS? If a session is canceled due to weather conditions you will be notified by email at least 1.5 hours before the session starts. The session will be rescheduled to a later week or if the session cannot be rescheduled a refund will be provided. If you haven't received a cancelation notice by email within 1 hour before the session starts, the session is considered running on time. If the session has been canceled, we will schedule a makeup session at the nearest possible day and at a similar time slot (subject to court availability and cannot be guaranteed). Due to the high demand for court bookings, the rescheduled date will be final. We are not able to offer a refund if players are not available to attend the makeup session. If the makeup session is then canceled by rain, a new makeup session will be offered. If a session runs more than 30 minutes but is unable to continue due to wet weather, the session is considered complete, and no makeup session will be offered.
  • HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO THE TENNIS COURT? The meet-up time is about 5-10 min before each session start time in front of the lift. Please see the Welcome Message document sent by the coach a day before your course start date for more details about the meetup zone and the time..

  • WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY? All cancellations for the group session services can be made by clicking cancel on the booking platform up until 24 hours before your first session. If we are unable to facilitate a session due to bad weather or the coach unexpectedly being unavailable the service will be suspended and rescheduled. Only in circumstances where we cannot reschedule the session will a refund be offered.
