    Another excellent yoga session by Nas . She really knows how to motivate her class and get the best out of them . I love the mix of relaxation , breath work and strong yoga poses .

    Nas is a fantastic yoga instructor and really gets the most out of her clients . The class is good for stretching , strengthening and also relaxation and breathing techniques.

    The yoga practice was both relaxing but challenging. I never felt rushed into poses or pressured to do something that I couldn't. The equipment was clean and in good condition and the teacher was knowledgeable and encouraging. I thoroughly enjoyed the session and will be returning. The only improvement I could suggest is for the venue themselves. Is there anyway that the room could be altered in any way specifically to promote calm and relaxation? Sensory lights and some life affirming quotes on the walls perhaps?
