Safety and Visibility are the most important thing over Autumn Winter runs. Little word on safety and 3k/5k map 📍 Starting our run with a 5-10mins warm up ! 🙆🏼♀️🤸🏼♀️ Let's Hit The Road for a 3k or 5k 🏃🏼♀️⏱ (Please let me know your current running level and estimated time.) Meet at the store for a cool down, snack, chat & warm drink. 💬☕️
