Your qualified instructor will add motivating drills and exercises into a steady/fast paced fun walk dependant on individual abilities. Lead by an accredited instructors these walks make the most of our beautiful county and are a relaxing way to enjoy being active outdoors. Enjoy a full body work out while walking through historic North Devon beside the banks of the river Torridge, along quiet lanes and wooded footpaths before returning to the Puffing Billy for well-deserved “revive me” refreshments.(with a 10% discount off orders on production of your NW membership card.)
