Basics classes will help you improve your core strength, posture, flexibility, and balance, as well as reduce pain, and teach you how to move with confidence and ease. Designed to help prevent and reduce low back pain and taught by specially-qualified Pilates teachers, these classes give you a low impact, balanced workout. Basics classes focus on strengthening core muscles that help support your back, improve the quality of your movements and keep your spine flexible and strong. Suitable for all levels. Especially recommended if you have lower back pain, specific injuries or are new to Pilates.
