
Reformer/Tower Group Class
Pilates 18 to 85 years old
Pilates Reformer/Tower Classes, designed to assist clients achieve results, using various spring tension to help realign the body. Results are more noticeable quicker on the Reformer, other props may also be used, eg. Circles, Balls, Bands, Foam Rollers, Spikey Balls, Balance Cushions, Overballs and small Weights. Jump boards are occasional used for more of a dynamic workout for more experienced clients. Half Trapeze Table (Tower) will also be used along with a Spine Corrector for more Comprehensive Pilates exercises.
