
Pregnancy Yoga Class
Yoga Adults (over 18 years old)
Take some time out to nurture yourself through your pregnancy, and help prepare for birth and beyond. A chance to gently and safely move your body, find your breath, and detach for a while from the business of everyday life to concentrate on your own needs, as well as those of the new little life growing within you. Each class will bring together, physical movement, breathwork, and a period of relaxation, all designed with the special needs of pregnancy in mind. These classes will help you prepare for birth, whatever form your birth takes, and give you time to reflect on your developing relationship with your baby. Classes also give you the opportunity to get to know other parents living nearby, and are relaxed and friendly, building the basis for a supportive community of parents. You may choose to return to the classes after birth with the postnatal Yoga With Baby classes and continue being an active part of that community. Please note, you must be at least 12 weeks pregnant before attending Pregnancy Yoga classes.
