KICKSTART MONDAY PULSE RAISER @ WHITLINGHAM (Gear 2-3)

Mondays start with a blast! A fun but challenging session of walking and exercises to get those pulses racing and work up a sweat. This walk will be at a VERY brisk pace including some good hills for exertion.
