Adult and Junior Gym

Keep your family active by working out together in our adult and junior gym sessions. Juniors must be supervised at all times by the adult accompanying them (the supervising adult is required to be a paying member to attend). Juniors are required to book into this session and must have completed an induction. Juniors aged 11-17 are able to attend these sessions
