A fun dance style fitness class that merges boxing, cardio & toning to the best songs around. Throughout winter class is held in darkness with disco lights creating a nightclub vibe & through the summer months class is held in daylight. All ages welcome! Our ages currently range between 11 - 74 years old. No need to pre book just show up and dance! Cash or card payments accepted.
