
Nuffield Health Pilates/Body Conditioning
Pilates 0 to 99 years old
six week courses alternating between Pilates and Body Conditioning for each course. Pilates: A class dedicated to Pilates designed to improve your overall strength and flexibility with a different theme each week to focus on. Body Conditioning: A fantastic technique for strengthening and balancing all the muscles of the body to help rehabilitate and prevent injuries as well as improve posture and range of movement. Formats will vary depending on your instructor, keeping your workout fresh and fun.
