Street Workout Adults (over 18 years old)
*THE NEXT LIFT LEAN BLOCK STARTS MONDAY APRIL 13TH AND IS A 6 WEEK BLOCK WITH 2 BANK HOLIDAYS WHERE WE WILL NOT BE HAVING A CLASS. The block is ESSENTIAL if you are new to Lift Lean. Block also includes On Demand or Tuesday Zoom class if you have to miss one Monday. LIFT LEAN is a weekly strength training class. Very advisable to do WEEKLY rather than dip in and out like all our other classes so that you can really gain the benefits of this class, but not essential after 6 week block, and once you're confident with your moves you can switch to our virtual class on Zoom if you want to. You'll need to bring a mat, water, wear trainers and have workout gear. Helps to have your own weights - ideally starting with 1 or 2kg if you're a complete beginner - but you can also have bottles of water of larger weights as you progress with technique and strength! We also have a Zoom class on Tuesday evenings and recorded on Demand classes if you would like to do twice a week/mix it up if you can't make every Monday. IF YOU ARE NEW TO THIS CLASS you need to please purchase the block of 6 classes so that you can really gain the benefits of this class and learn the moves. THE NEXT BEGINNER BLOCK WILL START ON DATE ABOVE - SO YOU JUST NEED TO BOOK THE COURSE ON THAT DATE AND THAT WILL INCLUDE YOUR 6. The 6 week course can ONLY be booked from THAT DATE. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU HAVE TO MISS A WEEK THEN PLS SEND ME A MESSAGE THAT DAY BEFORE MIDDAY AND YOU CAN JOIN OUR TUESDAY 6PM ZOOM CLASS INSTEAD THAT WEEK. IT'S BEST TO REALLY DIARISE ALL 6 DATES THOUGH IF YOU CAN FOR MAX VALUE. THANKS. PLS NOTE WE WILL NOT BE DOING THE CLASS ON THE BANK HOLIDAYS! Then after those 6 weeks you can just book singles, another block OF 6, OR you can move to our Tuesday Zoom classes! There's lots of choice to enable you to keep your strength up! You can mix it up if you want to and come on Monday nts to the Studio OR Tuesdays on Zoom depending on what works for you that week! But try to be CONSISTENT! Consistency is key! You'll need to bring a mat, water, wear trainers and have workout gear. Helps to have your own weights - ideally starting with 1 or 2kg if you haven't done any strenght work before - but whatever you feel comfortable with - you can also have bottles of water of equal weights instead if you don't have your own dumbbells. NOTE : ZUMBA is the class after and FITNESS PILATES is the class before - so if you want to book onto either of those classes too then pls contact me BEFORE you book so I can give you a discounted code.
