Love to Dance is a dance class for over 50s. We aim to increase physical activity, reduce social isolation and improve the health and wellbeing of over 50’s in our local community. You will learn a variety of dance styles across the year. Below a layout of a typical Love to Dance class. Class schedule 10:30am - 10:40am - Arrival and registration 10:40am - 10:55am - Warm up 10:55am - 11:20am - Learn a dance routine 11:20am - 11:30am - Break 11:30am - 11:50am - Learn a dance routine 11:50am - 11:55am - Cool down 11:55am - 12:00pm - Departure
