1. Duration and Location ● Duration: The league will take place from July to September-October (3 months). ● Location: Matches will be held at FLICK TT (Decathlon Surrey Quays), 9 Maritime St, London SE16 7FU ( Canada Water Station ). 2. League Structure ● Minimum of 6 teams maximum 10 teams. ● Matches: Round Robin between all the teams of the league. ● Points System: A win will earn the team 2 points, and a loss will earn 1 point. ● Total Matches: The league will have a minimum of 15 matches. ● Match Structure: 3 vs 3 (players) - 2 singles matches per player = 6 singles matches in total Best of 5 games each match, if the score is 2-2 we will play sudden death (1 serve per player, first to 6 points wins the game and the match). If the total team score is 3-3 they have to play doubles only 1 game (golden set) based on 2-2 rules of doubles. (change the side of the table when one of the teams reaches 5 points and change the person who receives). 3. Registration and Fees ● Registration Fee: £125 per player, which includes: ○ League registration (organisation and ranking) ○ Badge and league t-shirt ○ Venue payment. Car parking every day of competition. ● Additional Fees: ○ Referee Fee: £30 (optional) ○ New Badge £15 per player (lost) ○ Postponing the match (team must pay the Referee if the other team requires). ● Deadline Registration: ○ Sunday 14th of July 8pm. 4. Prizes ● First Place: Trophy, medals, diplomas, and a cash prize of £600. ● Second Place: Medals, diplomas and a cash prize of £300. ● Third Place: Medals, diplomas and 1h 1-2-1 lesson to the 3 best players of the team. (based on the average of win games and amount of games played). 5. Eligibility Criteria ● Team Composition: Minimum of 3/ Maximum of 7 players per team, with 3 players playing as starters in each match. ● Affiliation: Players must be affiliated with Table Tennis England. ● Gender: Mixed-gender teams are allowed and encouraged. 6. Equipment ● Participants Must Bring: ○ Bottle of water ( fountain is accessible at the venue) ○ Table tennis balls (provide the brand of the ball beforewards). ○ Appropriate sportswear (T-shirts provided by the league must be worn during matches). 7. Conduct and Penalties ● No-Show Penalty: Teams that fail to show up for a scheduled match will be penalised with a fine (£50) or potential elimination from the league. ● Unsportsmanlike Conduct: Any unsportsmanlike behaviour will result in penalties, which may include fines or disqualification from the league. 8. Arbitration and Disputes ● Arbitration Committee: The committee responsible for arbitration and handling disputes consists of Lis Pardo, Alberto Garrido, and Alex Anghel. ● Decisions: All decisions made by the arbitration committee are final and binding. Payments are not refundable, except for justified reasons (please email: in case you need it). 9. Safety and Health Measures ● Health Protocols: All participants must adhere to any health and safety guidelines that may be in place at the time of the league, especially in the context of ongoing health concerns (e.g., COVID-19). By registering for the league, all participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The league organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated promptly to all participants.
