This is yoga for everyone — whether you’re completely new, have dipped in and out of classes, or are a regular yogi looking for a mindful afternoon reset. We’ll move together in a way that feels kind to the body but also offers a little challenge to keep you growing — gently exploring your edges without forcing. You’ll learn how to use props like blocks, straps, or cushions to support your body, deepen stretches, or make postures more accessible. The practice will weave together: * Mindful movement - to strengthen, stretch, and energise * Breathwork - to steady the mind and focus your energy * Balance & stability work - to improve coordination and confidence * Gentle challenges - to explore what’s possible for your body today I’ll guide you with clear cues, modifications, and encouragement so you can practise in a way that feels safe, supported, and personal to you.
