
Afternoon Flow & Mindful Movement

This 75-minute practice blends the energizing qualities of gentle movement (yang) with the grounding stillness of yin yoga. We begin by building warmth and vitality through breath-led flows — strengthening, stretching, and awakening the body. Then we move into yin postures, resting in supported shapes that allow deep release, stillness, and relaxation. The session concludes with a guided relaxation to help you fully unwind and integrate the practice. This class is for everyone — whether you’re new to yoga, practice occasionally, or come regularly and want a mindful reset. You’ll be guided with clear cues, gentle modifications, and the option to use props so the practice feels safe, personal, and supportive. Together we’ll explore: * Mindful movement - to energize and stretch the body * Breathwork - to calm the mind and focus your energy * Balance and stability work - to improve confidence * Gentle challenges - to explore your edge without forcing * Yin postures and deep relaxation - to release tension and restore calm Please bring: * A cushion and blanket for comfort in relaxation * A Bolters if you have one * Water to stay hydrated * An open heart and curiosity Investment: £7 per person Come exactly as you are — leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply relaxed.
