Run for free coffee! We will meet at Decathlon York for a quick stretch out before setting off on a nice 5k route and then finish at Starbucks for a coffee, cake and a social. Of course, our team will be on hand to offer any advice you may be looking for. There's no need to bring anything extra with you except for good vibes and great energy! Meeting time: 9:30am at the store for a quick warm up Coffee time: 10am-10:30am
