Canada Water Tennis
Description

COURSE DATES 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st January; 7th, 14th February. 🎾BEGINNERS LEVEL 2 group is for players who have just finished our Level 1 course and are ready to develop their tennis further, for those who last time played tennis at school and need to refresh their knowledge, or would like a slower tempo to build their skills and confidence. 🎾 Players still have minimal background experience, and are in early stages of rallying with the coach and other students. Each class incorporates drilling and stroke improvement followed by various drills and game-based scenarios so players can improve in a playing environment. 🎾 Please be advised that our coaching team has rights to move you up or down to another class if your level is not suitable enough for the class you've signed up. CLOTHING Please ensure that you wear appropriate footwear and clothing for physical activities, and please bring along a bottle of water. WEATHER We will always endeavour to stay out in the wet weather and continue as scheduled irrespective of the weather, unless it is a heavy rain and persistent. Please assume in the first instance that all sessions will go ahead and bring suitable waterproof or cold weather clothes for the conditions. A credit will be issued due to wet weather cancellations. Credits expire after 6 months or catch up class will be arranged. In the event of such a cancellation, you will be contacted by email or text using the contact details you have provided to the booking service. Please ensure that these details are correct and please confirm receipt of the lesson cancellation on each occasion. Coaches will contact everyone in the class at once and so will not be able to respond individually to texts, emails or calls querying the weather. CWT team aims to give a minimum 30 minutes notice of a cancelled lesson if possible. If you do not receive a text message notifying of wet weather cancellation, your lesson will continue as scheduled. Sometimes, decisions will be taken last minute, as the weather is so changeable. If a session runs over 20 min and is interrupted due to poor weather conditions, the session is considered a full session and no refund or credit will be issued. When running classes at the *Bacon's college venue we have to follow the decisions of their on site management regarding the court conditions, weather, etc. IMPORTANT We don't offer any catch up lessons if a player cannot attend a lesson due to personal circumstances. ACCESS TO THE COURT Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your lesson and wait by the lift (next to climbing section). Your tennis coach will send the lift down for you.
