My honest review - we had the court booked from 5-7pm. Reached the activity area at 5.03, and spent the next 15 minutes trying to get the equipment from the EquipSort box. Both the boxes were faulty and not working, raised query with live chat agent on EquipSort who said it wouldn’t be resolved anytime soon.
In the meantime had my accompanying player looked for assistance, but person at Activity Center reception was nowhere to be found. We made two trips to ground floor to general desk at entrance and explain situation, after quite some wait we got the rackets at 5.35pm.
No refund issued nor any apologies for inconvenience when the Reception guy finally turned up. Additionally we were told we were ‘late’ for our booking hence shouldn’t be surprised for the delay (no explanation for where he was during these 30 mins).
The times we’ve played on Court 2, we also encounter loud noises from skating area and the barricade being set too close to the court, which is frankly bit dangerous.
I would still play here but this is not priced in line with the quality of equipment- balls are often missing or if not, cracked and worn out. The rackets, well, edges are broken off and the last time the grip came off the racket. Because of these reason we also tend to carry our own equipment due to unreliable service at Decathlon.
