Budokon Kids Club- Autumn Term FRIDAYS Ages 5 - 12

INFORMATION FOR NEW STUDENTS... To sign up for this course/programme, you must first fill out a safety screening form, and book your child in for a FREE trial session. This a compulsory requirement, and FREE temporary insurance will be set up for your child using the information provided. Anyone booking here without following the above procedure, automatically accepts full responsibility for their uninsured child’s participation in this “out of school” activity. PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION… Kids Budokon is a programme of Martial Arts, Gymnastics, Animal Movement, Yoga, Mobility and Wellness for children. We believe that each child has the potential for greatness, and are continually striving to offer our Kids the absolute best training available. We teach the children to express themselves physically while also engaging their minds. By fusing art forms such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, Zen Meditation and more, we are able to deliver a well-rounded approach to your child’s development. With such a uniquely selected variety of movement modalities, this practice provides children with a balanced, focused yet fun physical journey. A great opportunity to build confidence, connectivity in the body and awareness. Let your child discover his/her inner warrior with Kids BDK! Each weekly session will last for 1 hour in duration (please arrive and be ready before the start time). SCHEDULE...
