Your ID will be checked. -Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your booked session -Please leave the facilities promptly after your session -Please respect the facilities and equipment provided -Please do not leave rubbish behind ⚠️Cancellations/no-shows/bad weather: -You may cancel your session up to 24 hours before your time slot for a full refund -If you do not cancel your booking and you do not show up, you will not be refunded -If a session is cancelled due to weather conditions, you will be notified by email at least 1 hour before your session starts -If you haven't received a cancellation notice by email within 1 hour before the session starts, the session is considered to be running. -Your booking is not transferable. If you wish to come at a different time/on a different day after a cancellation, you must re-book yourself.
