Very interesting talks about running techniques and running shoes and keeping motivated

The team from TRC were very knowledgeable and approachable. I don’t live far from the store thus really convenient to do the “taster” session. Would love to know if you have a regular running group in and around London I might be able to participate in. Oh and love the T-shirt! Very cool us all wearing it on the run.

The venue was easy to find and everything was amazing, would definitely recommend for someone who takes on running as it is catered for both advanced and new runners
