BEGINNERS L1 - ADULT TENNIS COURSE (6 WEEKS)

COURSE DATES 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th September; 6th, 13th October Never picked up a racket before? The last time you played was at school? Or maybe you would like a slower tempo to build your skills and confidence? Our Adult Beginner group classes are perfect for you - these classes provide an excellent way for adults to learn the basic techniques to play forehands, backhands, begin to rally and serve and work on co-ordination and footwork skills. We aim to get players into game play scenarios right from day one while also learning basic skills in a welcoming, dynamic and fun environment. CLOTHING The key factors are comfort, practicality and the ability to move freely in your clothes. WEATHER Please be prepared for the British weather - sun hats, sun cream and rain gear!!! We usually carry on whatever the weather, unless persistent heavy rain makes the court unplayable. The coaching staff will endeavour to send a text message to players notifying of lesson cancellation due to adverse weather. Please note the coaching team makes every endeavour for lessons to continue as scheduled, therefore the team aims to give a minimum 30 minutes notice of a cancelled lesson if possible. If you do not receive a text message notifying of wet weather cancellation, your lesson will continue as scheduled. If the lesson is interrupted due to bad weather conditions within the first 15 minutes of the lesson, we will provide a refund to you. After 20 minutes, full charge will be taken. IMPORTANT We don't offer any catch up lessons if a player cannot attend a lesson due to personal circumstances. ACCESS TO THE COURT To get a pass to go up to the roof top.
