Description

Decathlon offers an adult Golf (all levels) & Tennis (Beginner Level) package deal as a 3-weeks course. Each session will be 1 hour and will cover warm-up activities, basic golf, and tennis techniques. Great way to learn tennis and golf skills, and build confidence for adults of all playing levels. The venue will be Decathlon Surrey Quays. The class is for maximum 6 players. What to bring

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING? Please bring your own tennis racket and golf clubs for safety reasons if you have one. Please bring a bottle of water.
  • WHAT DO I WEAR? Please wear a comfortable sports outfit and tennis and golf shoes. Skirts (except tennis and golf skirts) are not recommended.
  • WHAT IF IT RAINS? For tennis, if a session is canceled due to weather conditions you will be notified by email at least 1.5 hours before the session starts. The session will be rescheduled to a later week or if the session cannot be rescheduled a refund will be provided. If you haven't received a cancelation notice by email within 1 hour before the session starts, the session is considered running on time. If the session has been canceled, we will schedule a makeup session at the nearest possible day and at a similar time slot (subject to court availability and cannot be guaranteed). Due to the high demand for court bookings, the rescheduled date will be final. We are not able to offer a refund if players are not available to attend the makeup session. If the makeup session is then canceled by rain, a new makeup session will be offered. If a session runs more than 30 minutes but is unable to continue due to wet weather, the session is considered complete, and no makeup session will be offered.
  • HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO THE SPORTS ARENA? For tennis, you will need to bring your photo ID (for example, passport, driving license) to exchange for a Visitor badge. Please use the lift by the check-out kiosks to the 3rd floor.

  • WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY? All cancellations for the group session services can be made by clicking cancel on the booking platform up until 24 hours before your first session. If we are unable to facilitate a session due to bad weather or the coach unexpectedly being unavailable the service will be suspended and rescheduled. Only in circumstances where we cannot reschedule the session will a refund be offered.
