Pilates will help you perform daily things more safely and efficiently. Pilates consists of exercises using deep slow movements to build the core strength and tone the major muscle groups of the body, increase range of movement and improve posture. The deep all round strength that Pilates builds in the body encourages healthy movement patterns when practised regularly. This class is appropriate for all levels. I teach from 18-80 plus :) Office workers, to sports athletes, mums to seniors and everything in between. We all need Pilates in our lives, it is a game changer not only for our bodies but mentally, it is time and space for you! I believe the world should do Pilates!
