It was a lot of fun for my eldest who is 4! The only complaint I have is the lady who helped run the face painting on the Saturday we attended, and I can only assume she’s racist.

I am very disappointed with the service from the lady ( not the 2 painters ), as we lined up at 3:55pm to paint my 4 year olds face. She proceeds to tell me that the child in front is the last client. I said “oh okay 😊” and negotiated the stall next door with my child. We then walked back past the face paint and saw 4 new families lined up with this same lady telling a child “you may just have to get a little painted - “ ( due to the time ) . I went and approached the lady again to ask why my child cannot get his face painted but these new children can. Her demeanour got quite defensive, and quite frankly she did not answer my question even though I had reworded a few times.

I resulted in walking away and my 4 year old was in tears at home, as he did not get his face painted. I am so so disappointed as it was a lovely experience up until that point. If she cannot treat people equally, she should not be allowed to work at a social event.
