Description

Lift Lean is a weights programme designed for women and suitable for all abilities, however men are very welcome too. Each week will follow a different format, such as circuit, group class or interval training. Participants may be required to bring their own weights some weeks. This fun and effective 45 minute workout will improve your strength, bone density and boost your metabolism. You will learn safe, effective and simple ways to work effectively with weights to improve your overall wellbeing, aid weight loss and make positive lifestyle changes. Working with weights is particularly important for mid-life women, especially during and after the menopause, as well as future proofing us for our later years by increasing our functional fitness enabling us to perform everyday tasks more effectively. You will become more confident using weights and technique during the sessions and can use this knowledge working with weights at home or in the gym. Sessions will be delivered by a qualified and experienced instructor. Please contact on booking to find out what equipment is required and to complete the Health Form.
