Are you a fan of GOT, LOTR, Witcher, Vikings or just love the art and historical aspect of sword fighting? Well, we got you covered then: Learn how to fight like a knight or actually like a pirate in this class ;) with the London Longsword Academy! We are the London Longsword Academy, UK's biggest school for Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) and sword fighting. In partnership with Decathlon, we are proud to offer you a sword class in their premisses, taught by Master of Arms and professional Swordsman David Rawlings. In this class we are focusing on Sabre, based on English and German historical swordsmanship. No matter if you have never held a sword in your hand before or already enjoyed a good roll, every skill level is welcome in this class. We run 11 group classes with different sword disciplines a week and also offer private tuition. Please find full timetable and more information on our website: www.londonlongsword.com/training or contact us directly under: [email protected] and we happily send you all you need to know to get started with us. Once signed up for your class here, we will make sure you have a training weapon for the session. Should you have your own appropriate HEMA gear and weapon (pls tip the point for safety), feel free to bring it along. Please dress comfortably so you can properly swing a sword and enjoy the class :). Please note: For any questions on your Decathlon class booking with us, their system or TCs, please reach out to Decathlon directly. Looking very much forward to seeing you! Regards, LLA Team
