Step and Sweat is a dance/fitness class based around movements from the ballroom and latin world. You will learn basic steps like the Jive, Salsa or the Walz. Everyone works at their own pace in a fun and non-judgemental environment. Dance yourself into a healthier-self at one of my Step and Sweat Classes
