Pilates is LIFE CHANGING. It is incredible for the the posture, back, core, alignment, injuries and relaxation. Pilates is life changing, it consists of exercises using deep slow movements to build core strength, tone the major muscle groups of the body, increase range of movement and improve posture. The deep all round strength that Pilates builds in the body encourages healthy patterns movement when practiced regularly. This is appropriate for all levels. I teach clients for 18-80 plus! Office workers, to sports athletes, mums to seniors and everything in between :). We all need Pilates in our lives, it is a game changer not only for our bodies but mentally, its time and space for you! I believe the world should do Pilates!
