Free 5k Run at Shipley Park

The run will take place at 10 am on Saturday 15th January in Shipley Park. No need to do the stretching before. Our running team will be there to help you in case you need. The run is for all of the abilities. We will do a bit of run and walk in between to make it easier for you. The path is 5 km long.
