🌈 Child Yoga Class 🌈 For primary school children Join us for a 45-minute adventure of movement, play, and connection designed to help children explore their emotions, build self-awareness, and develop emotional regulation—all while having fun! Through joyful yoga poses, creative games, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques, children will: • Learn to understand and navigate their emotions. • Build tools for calming their minds and bodies. • Boost their confidence and creativity through play. • Connect with themselves and others in a positive, supportive environment. • Explore Yoga postures and move their bodies.
