Our 45minute total body Conditioning focus workout - does what it says on the tin. The aim is simple - use your whole body functionally and purposefully to challenge muscular and cardiovascular energy systems. Push, Pull, Jump, Run, Climb, cycle, row… Focus and purpose is of course still present. Our coaches programme your conditioning training to improve function and performance of your body's energy systems. Cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and threshold building…Whether you play sport or aim to be cardio strong... #movementismedicine and this session certainly provides the body and mind with everyday resilience. Burn calories and torch body fat like you never thought you could, even for up to 48hrs post WeSWEAT workout!
