Hatha yoga with well-being at heart

A typical one-hour long session includes a settling-in and warm-up moment, breathwork (pranayama), a progression of poses (asana) held statically or linked in a flow and a time for relaxation and integration. Together we work towards building ever stronger postural foundations and a renewed sense of ease and space within your body and your mind. The hall in which we practice within Burridge Gardens Community Center is not only brand new and immaculate, it is also spacious, peaceful and well ventilated. It offers all the benefits of a warm collective atmosphere whilst allowing each student enough space to move freely and build their own safe space. My name is Anne Endres and I am a British Wheel of Yoga accredited instructor with 500 hours of comprehensive training. I strive to support each student on their unique yoga journey, fostering balance, resilience, and inner peace. I teach in English and French, offering the local French community of South London an opportunity to return to their first language for greater accuracy and comfort when needed. A General Health Form is to be filled out prior to attending your first session.
