The Running Channel x Kiprun Run Clinic

23rd October - Wandsworth We are delighted to be hosting the second in our series of Kiprun X The Running Channel run clinics at the Wandsworth store. We will be running 5km from the Wandsworth Decathlon store, along the river in our usual relaxed and chatty style, and ending back at the store. Everyone is welcome and no one will get left behind. Following the run, TRC presenter Rick will be joined by Emily Kier, an experienced Nutritionist who will be hosting a workshop and sharing key insights into fueling. We will be providing a free T-shirt for all runners. There will also be a 10% discount on running items to use in-store if you want to buy after you try! Please note: There may be street lamps but it will be dark when we are running so bring your head torch if you have one The running route, particularly at the start is very busy If you are utilising the bag drop, please keep this to a light bag where possible There is a water fountain in store so please bring your own water bottle Spaces will be very limited so be quick but don't worry if you miss out as you can also join the waitlist in case a space becomes available. Please arrive in good time ready to run but remain outside the store where we can check you in and direct you to the right place. Additional Information: Secure bag drop available. A limited number of T-shirts will be available which will be limited to one per runner. Terms and conditions apply in-store for the 10% discount.
