Family athletics session

A supervised athletics session including sprinting, 400m run, jumping and throwing. Designed to encourage participation, movement, and enjoyment in a supportive environment. Parental supervision required at all times – and cheering from the sidelines is highly encouraged! No medals needed – just smiles, giggles, and good times on the track!
