It is a super fun and effective cardio fitness class where we sweat, laugh, sing, shout, jump, and have a great workout. Burn up to 1000 calories and Great for all fitness levels. The class can be as easy as you make it, or as hard as you can push yourself. Open to all fitness levels. Please try to arrive at class 5 minutes beforehand. Bring sports shoes (different from the ones you wear to travel in), a towel, and water.
