JumpX is a low-impact, high-energy, very intense workout, which takes place on a small trampoline. Xtra Fun, Toning & Calorie Burning. We welcome most Ages and all fitness levels, our classes are High Intensity, but low impact as the trampolines take most of the shock that normally goes straight to your joints.     I have tried multiple fitness classes but JumpX suits me the best. Its high intensity but low impact and most importantly it’s fun. It helps me to release the stress I accumulated during the week. As my friend describes it it’s the hilight of the week! Don’t let me forget both instructors Roku and Tamas are amazing and create amazing atmosphere during each class.

    This trampoline class is more than just a workout - it's an experience! The high energy from the instructor and the participants creates an incredible atmosphere. The music was great, and the bouncing is surprisingly challenging (in a good way!). If you're looking for a fitness class that's fun, uplifting, and leaves you feeling good, this is it!
