In a few words :

My name is Tinyan Okungbowa aka 21daygodfitness. I am a qualified Kickboxing/ Boxing Trainer and Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience in Health and Fitness working with young people and adults. I also run a running club for 5k and 10k beginners. My kickboxing classes will teach you all the basics ranging from stance to types of kicks and punches as well as how to execute them. Come and get fit, burn calories and learn new skills whilst having fun! See you soon!

    Been to a couple classes so far and have really enjoyed them. Was nervous because it was outside of my comfort zone but the classes are beginner friendly and really fun. Tinyan and Jamal are really friendly, helpful and bring amazing vibes every time. Would highly recommend especially if you are looking to try something new.

    I’ve been coming to T’s kick-boxing classes for almost a year and I’ve improved greatly thanks to his teaching. I’m lighter on my feet and quicker with the combo moves. The session flies by and I regularly burn 500 calories. It’s part of my routine now. Love it.
