I am a 200 RYT, trained in ISHTA yoga tradition, where we pay a great attention to the alignment within individual bodies. This underpins my classes. By freeing the space in the joints through the propped up poses we achieve freedom of breath - the vehicle for the life force. When our breath moves freely through our body we are ready to focus, calm our minds, cultivate awareness and mindfulness in daily lives, meditate and bring the ‘restore and digest’ response of the parasympathetic nervous system. My classes are open/mixed level. All you need it a mat, a couple of blocks and some water.
