Dreaming to start roller skating? Landshark skating was started from our dream to share the amazing gift of roller skating. Our classes are fun and intuitive, we hope to share all the skills you will need to start on your roller skating journey and Improve on your already existing skills. No matter your starting point our classes are designed to give any new skaters the confidence and skills needed to skate safely and enjoyably. In these classes, we will guide you through the basics of skating in a friendly and safe environment. We will cover: proper stance and balance and give you the tools you need to progress. you will also learn how to properly push, turn, and stop. These classes are perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to skate and have a great time doing it. Skating is for everyone, and we are more than happy to advise on any equipment you may need to begin your skate journey!

    beginners drop in rollerskating session

    I haven’t skated for about 40 years and I was not confident even back then. I brought my granddaughter to Leon’s lessons and then thought I’d try too. Leon is really kind and thoughtful. He was encouraging and gave me good advice about the kind of protection that it was worth looking at before I committed to skates or lessons. I loved my first lesson, he teaches a really good foundation and had us rolling pretty well sooner than I expected. I will be signing up for the course.

    The beginners drop in session was brilliant! Our instructor was patient and ensured all participants were comfortable for their level of knowledge. He was encouraging, explained why we were doing certain things and set us up really well to keep learning. I would recommend this to anyone standing on roller skates for the first time no matter what age.
