Mindfulness, Meditation and Emotional Well-being Are you feeling overwhelmed from the stream of unwanted thoughts, anxiety, stress, fatigue and emotional burnout ? The mental turbulence that seems to be necessarily a part of our daily experince whilst living in a fast-paced society is something that we, more often than not, do not address until the wheels begin to or have fallen off. Secular mindfulness and meditation can be an effective tool in breaking the cycle of anxiety, fatigue and the sense of helplessness. Decathlon, together with Paul, are offering an hour of guided mindfulness and meditation classes to gently calm the mind and restore emotional balance. The in person classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as those who are familiar with meditation. About the facilitator; Paul teaches buddhist meditation, psychology and philosophy in a lighthearted, methodical and structured manner with the emphasis of developing and integrating wisdom and compassion in ones daily life. Classically trained in the Tibetan Buddhist Gelugpa tradition, the lineage of the 14th Dalai Lama. Paul graduated from Nalanda Monastry in the summer of 2022 having completed the five year residential programme, concluding ten years of study and retreats. Website; fbld.org
